The units are well-maintained and feature a convenient pull-out couch. Breakfast offers plenty of delicious food options. the location is fantastic for the price, situated right next to Waffle House and Starbucks, along with various restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions.

The hotel was set in a central area short walk to grocery store, many restaurants, pubs, bistros and bars, and knoxville at a couple of times at places with comparable rates. The rooms were newly remodelled and neat, equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a work desk...

I loved the breakfast, the food was fine. This hotel was located in a central area adjacent to expo center lots as well as Waffle House and Starbucks. It also was close to everything.

I loved staying in the suite with a couch; it was just what I needed!

It was close to a lot of different restaurants. It was a near a lot of different kinds of stores. I needed to rest during the day and it was quiet too.

The pool was a little small but it was ok.

Would stay here again as our stay was good! The place is luxury and reasonably clean, it offers free breakfast and magnificent location near restaurants and the highway. The room is modern, the staff is amicable. The bathroom is large.

My room at this hotel was well-appointed and tastefully decorated with a couch. the location was peaceful and within easy walking distance of Southover Grange Gardens. There were shops and a market around the property, making it very convenient.

Nicely decorated rooms, clean. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from.

I think our air conditioner was leaking, floor stayed wet the floor time of our stay (just in front of the unit).

Everyone was very nice to include other guest. Seems that when you are happy with your hotel everyone is happy

Parking tricky with moving truck. Night staff was plain unfriendly. Day staff was very friendly. Other than the less than welcoming first impression, the accommodations were really nice.

The rooms were peaceful and kept up well. Our stay was close enough to where we had to go and easy to get to off the freeway.

The bed was almost too soft, it hurt my back.

The location was great for the activities we had planned during our stay. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Additionally, it was very close to downtown Knoxville and the expo center.

When we arrived we found that our room had not been cleaned - dirty wash cloth in bathroom - towels had not been straightened & a can of man's deodorant was left in the room.

Don't like 4 SMALL pillows on the bed - like to have the bigger pillows.
